Diverse landscapes of high spectacular mountains, remote valleys, deep gorges, glaciers, cliffs, rivers, caves and lakes combined with abundant flora and wildlife will accompany you during the entire journey.

Day 1: Shkodra, the centre of north Albania and Boga, 900 m. The journey begins at noon, immediately after arriving at Tirana airport. We drive to Shkodra, one of the oldest inhabited cities in Albania with an over 2400-years old history. Numerous people, countries and cultures have left their traces on this city of culture. Many places, sights, monuments, memorials, statues and ruins bear witness of this eventful history. After a brief exploration of the city we continue to Boga. The accommodation is provided in a simple but clean guest house with shared rooms. The program for the next few days will be discussed in the evening. Wt 2 h. (-/-/D)

Day 2: Bridashi mountain, 2126 m: T4, Wt 8 h, Am↑1200 Dm ↓ 1200
The Mountain of Bridashi is located on the Cursed Mountains (Bjeshkët e Namuna). The trail to the top begins in the village of Bogë, 950 m above sea level, in the direction of the flow of the Dry Creek (Përroi i Thatë) and winds through pine woods and cliffs. At the height of 2126 meters the view is stunning and extends up to the mountains of Rabë and Livadh. The same route is followed to return to the guest house.(B/L/D)

Day 3: Through the "Sheep Trail” (Shtegu i Dhenve) to Theth. T3, Wt 7 h, Am ↑60 Dm ↓1080
Drive up to the Thore Pass where begins the today's hike. We follow the path that leads to the “Sheep's Trail” (Shtegu i dhenve). . At the height of 1830 meters, you will find yourselves at a treeless narrow and rocky pass from where you will see the valley of Theth. The “Sheep Trail” separates the Peak of Shteg (2083 m) in the south from the Peak of Zagorë (2088 m) in the north.
The rocks are of erosive tectonic origin and surrounded on both sides by beech and pine woods. Descent towards Theth is very steep on the upper part. At the height of 1745 m, on the right side, the cave of the "Sheep Trail" is located; it presents cliff erosion at a depth of about 1.5 meters, which served as a protection shelter during storms. The scree field gets smoother, as we descent, and the trail winds through the woods and meadows covered with medicinal plants. Accommodation is planned in shared rooms at the guest house in Theth. (B/L/D).

Day 4: Theth and its surroundings.T1+, Wt 4 h; Am ↑280 Dm ↓280
This day begins with a cognitive walk in the countryside to visit the church and the " Lock-in Tower" (Kulla e ngujimit). Then begins the hike towards the gorge of Grunas, which is 30 meters high and one meter wide, and waterfall of Grunas. After a short break we walk along the river, mostly through the forest, on a path that sometimes becomes steeper, up to Ndërlysa. The glacier mills of Ndërlysa offer a unique spectacle of nature: The waters of Lumi i Zi (Black River) squeeze through a narrow approach that has arisen over the millennia. Rounded and sharp rock formations, in the sunlight shimmering colors of water and stone can be observed from both shores. After a short break, we follow the same path to the guest house. On our way back we will visit the mill of Kolaj which is operated with water from Thethi River. (B/L/D)

Day 5: Arapi Mountain and Gropat e Bukura: T4, Wt 7h. Am ↑1467 Dm ↓500
Starting from Thethi we follow the walk up-route, which is relatively easy. We take the trail that goes to the right of the river. The path passes over small streams that end on Thethi river, up to the water source "Kroi i Shtrazës" in 930 m altitude, where the pine forest begins. As we approach Peja Pass (Qafa e Pejës) the trail becomes steeper, running through the rocky blocks. We will continue hiking westward, winding through steep meadows and big blocks of limestone cliffs. Arapi Peak is located on top of a series of diagonal carst plates that are quite impressive. Once over these, our trail winds to the left and back toward the southwest in the direction of the western slope and leads to the top. The summit offers a fascinating view over the Valley of Theth and Radohinë. We will take the same trail to get down to the Pass of Pejë. From here the trail descends gently eastward to the "Beautiful Dips" (Gropat e Bukura) where overnight is planned in tents. (B/L/D).

Day 6: Jezerca: the highest mountain of the Dinaric Alps and Valbonë. T5, Wt 9 h, Am ↑1070 Dm ↓ 1600
From the "Beautiful Hollows", the trail runs eastwards towards Jezerca. The ascent gets difficult; the terrain becomes more rugged and exposed to the northern ridge of Jezerca Peak. With a height of 2694 meters, Jezerca dominates the Albanian Alps and the view from the top is amazing. Descent is steep towards southeast and is relatively risky and exposed. The trail leads towards Papluka Summit and then left to the Trough of Vali (Lugu i Valit). At the foot of the Pass of Valbona (Qafa e Valbonës), the trail is smooth and goes through the woods up to Rragam. Overnight is planned in shared, but clean, rooms at a simple guest house in Rragam. (B/L/D).

Day 7: The return trip runs through Kosovo. We will stop in Prizren, where we are having lunch and a short city tour. Afterwards we will continue the trip and arrive in Tirana at around 4:00 pm. Time for a break and then we take the cable car to Dajti mountain, part of Dajti National Park. The mountain has two main summits: Dajti (1,613 m) and Tujani (1531 m) north of it, both covered with dense beech forests. Dajti mountain is part of Krujë-Dajt mountain range, which rises abruptly from the coastal plain and is cut by deep river valleys. The mountain consists mainly of limestone. From the cable car terminal at "Fusha e Dajtit" (1050 m) there’s a magnificent view over Tirana, Durrës and the whole central-west Albania up to the Adriatic sea. Here we will have dinner at a traditional restaurant "A la carte". After the return from Dajti you can have a drink at one of the nice bars in "Blloku" district. (B/ L/ D)

Day 8: Transfer to airport after breakfast according to the flight schedule. (B/-/-).
