Bespoke Tours Special Payment Conditions

We kindly ask Travellers to read the following Special Payment Conditions, as well as the AFA Terms and Conditions Terms & Conditions carefully, before they decide to enquire about a bespoke tour or service.

1 – Purpose and Scope

These Bespoke Tours Special Payment Conditions, govern the design of bespoke tours and services by the company Adventure and Fun Albania SH.P.K., registered at the Albanian National Business Centre under the VAT number (NUIS) L32026014D, for which the registered office is at Rruga Papa Gjon Pali II, Ndërtesa 5, 1010 Tirana, Albania, hereafter designated as “AFA”.

Any person which has requested the design of bespoke tours and services offered by AFA will be hereafter designated as the “Traveller”.

These Bespoke Tours Special Payment Conditions become effective at the time the Traveller requests the design a bespoke tour.

2 – Definitions

A Bespoke tour or service will be considered any tour or service offered by AFA, which is specially designed to meet the Travellers requirements.

3 – Payment Conditions

For the design of each bespoke tour, AFA will charge a service fee of 79€ per person.

In case that the traveller decides to book the tour or service with AFA, the price of the abovementioned service fee will be deducted from the total price of the tour or service.

In case that the traveller decides not to book the tour or service with AFA, the price of the abovementioned service fee will not be refunded to the Traveller.

In case that it is not possible for AFA to provide a tour or service for the Traveller, the price of the abovementioned service fee will be refunded to the Traveller.
