This afternoon, you’ll set out on a hike to explore the stunning surroundings of Valbona. The well-maintained trail gently ascends to the hills overlooking the valley. While the altitude gain is minimal, the panoramic views of the rugged landscape are truly spectacular.
After reaching the trail’s highest point, you’ll begin your descent through Kukaj and return to the hotel in the valley. Dinner and accommodation are arranged at a comfortable hotel in Valbona.

Hiking: T2, 4h, ↑750m, ↓750m, 12km

Following breakfast, embark on a hike to the serene glacial valley of Kukaj. The trail winds through rocky outcrops, verdant meadows, and a shady beech forest. Passing the rustic homes of Kukaj, you’ll ascend along the valley’s edge to a grassy plateau where a cozy mountain hut awaits, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful lunch spot.
After soaking in the tranquil surroundings, make your way back to the hotel in the valley. Spend the afternoon unwinding in the village before enjoying a delicious dinner at the hotel.

Hiking: T2, 6h, ↑900m, ↓900m, 18km

Gear up for an exhilarating hike to one of Valbona’s most scenic summits. The trail begins from your hotel and ascends through a dense forest.
The final part of the trail takes you up a steep meadow to the summit at 1,868 meters, where panoramic views of the Valbona Valley will leave you in awe. After lunch at the top, retrace your steps back to the hotel, where your tour in the Valbona valley ends.
